As the Owner and Founder of Bijou Beauty Bar & Bijou Wellness Lounge, LLC, Yolanda is dedicated to providing safe, high-quality care to all her patients.

Dr. Tiffany Bell, D.O., is a Triple Board-Certified Medical Doctor specializing in Addiction Psychiatry and Precision Medicine. With a passion for destigmatizing mental illness, she empowers individuals of all ages to cultivate healthy relationships and emotional well-being through a holistic approach.

Dr. Bell holds memberships in prestigious medical associations, including the American Psychiatric Association and the American Osteopathic Association. She earned her medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Psychiatry training at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center.
